Refunds

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be damaged, have a manufacturing defect, or lost during the shipping process. We do not do refunds for ordering the wrong size or color.

To start a refund, you can contact us at woven.wonders.12@gmail.com. Please provide a clear photo showing the issue.

 If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. There's no need to send the damaged item back.
